Im done, that is all, see you all in a while. 2 outed, 3 outed, 1 outed, 3 outed 4 consectutive nights in the same tournament late. Im ^^%$%#&*^&% tired of wishing for the bad calls, obviously they arent that bad of calls.

BTW the headset is really broken this time. . I think while I m here I will give the play by play of the destruction of the headset because it may bring a smile to your face, seeing my rage in action. About 2 minutes after getting *^%&^$$'ed again I get knocked out of the UB 30ra by losing another race. I calmly take my headset off my head, gather it in my hand, still hooked to the computer of course, throw it as hard as I can against the front door. I am fairly pleased at which I could throw it from a seated position. It didnt have any trouble getting unhooked from the computer because of the extreme volocity at which it was thrown. Seeing that it is not completely broken, just one of the 2 ear pieces is dangling. I proceed to stalk my evil pray. Coming upon it and feeling a bit sorry for it I proceed to put it out of its misery by stepping firmly upon both ear sections, hearing some good compaction noise, I know I have done my job. But we are not finished yet, I yet again step on the main section and grab the the wirey section and pull like I am pulling the hardest weed in the entire backyard. I am again pleased when I feel the wire being displaced from its earpiece and coming limp in my enraged hand. Job Done. Later all.

Well heres a little about me!

I am a 35 year old Head Golf Professional in Tucson, AZ I have been playing poker for the past 3 years, I found FTR about 1 1/2 years ago. I have a wife and daughter and a I started by playing SnG's on Paradise. I really didnt know a hole lot about playing. I was up and down like a roller coaster. After losing several buyins, I decided I needed to learn how to play and bought several books and read and read and read.

I decided I was going to grind it out playing limit, I had gotten a good background thru the books I had read but was in no mental shape for the varinace that occurs, I hated and but kept on playing, and the poor early readers of FTR saw replay and replay of bad beats. I now feel throughly embarrassed on how reacted to the beats. Fnord and others continuely tried to give me advice, and I took it but mentally I was still not strong enough to handle the swings. I was down about $1000 bucks at my lowest. I wasnt having fun playing for the most part and it was a grind.

A little over a year ago I took up playing NL ring and found it to be less of a grind even though I was playing very tight and pretty much nut camping. During this period I did develope 2 things that have gotten me to where I am today. I did start using some pretty good Bankroll Management and did start being a little bit mentally tough on how the game is played. I mean I was starting to get the big picture.

I started going on to IRC and chatting with the guys to break the grind of nut camping 4 tables of 100nl. I came into contact with Soupie while in the channel. He was always preaching on how you could make ungodly amounts of money playing Mtt's exclusively. At first I didnt really like Soupies personality, he rubbed me the wrong way. After a couple days he told me I should play the $10ra on Stars because it was really to good of a deal to pass up. Well I had won a little money in the ring game I was playing and said "What the Heck." I had played enough to know about Gap theory, raising in position, etc. but I didnt have the patience or the aggression to be able to win consistently. That night Soupie told me to play I came in 14th out of 980 or so, and won $498 buck or something, and I was hooked.

Over the next several months I developed into a "good" MTT player, not great but OK.

Next issue of the Golfer report will contain monthly results since playing Mtt's almost exclusively. After that will be an on going report and tips from me playing Mtt's. GOOD DAY TO ALL!!

Onward to VICTORy! icon_biggrin icon_biggrin
